Countdown update: 26 days!

The to-do list slowly shrinks. But inevitably we realize something we've left off and it grows again. The logistics of this move are enormous. So many things have to be squared away before departing, the biggest and most difficult of which is our family and friends. Everyone is jockeying for time with us before we go. I'm not even ready to say goodbye to everyone yet. I have a group of friends that every time I see them I tell them "I'll find time to come back- it's not time to say goodbye!" Yet I know I'm running out of time. The goodbyes are inevitable. I just have to keep in mind that one day soon we'll be in Brazil. It will finally be starting. Our dreams will be a reality.
